What if the tenant does not pay?
We deal with late payments on your behalf – from reminders to terminating the lease if necessary. The security deposit also covers debts or damage.
Who pays for repairs?
Repair costs are paid by the owner, but only after the scope has been approved. Minor repairs up to an agreed limit are paid by the tenant under the contract.
Do I have to sign a long contract?
No. We set the scope and length of our cooperation to suit you. We will discuss everything in a free consultation.
