We do not sell personal data. To the extent necessary, our processors and recipients have access to it:
- the hosting and server infrastructure provider (Czech Republic),

7. Cookies and measurement
- Essential cookies – signing in to the app and securing forms. The website and the app do not work without them.
- Marketing cookies – Meta Pixel – on the public pages of the website we measure traffic and the effectiveness of advertising on Facebook and Instagram. The pixel stores the
_fbpcookie and, when an enquiry is sent, passes conversion information to Meta. Contact details from the enquiry (e-mail, phone, name) are passed only in irreversibly encrypted form (hash), so that Meta can match them to your account if you have one.
You can delete or block cookies at any time in your browser settings.
8. The app user as controller – data processing agreement
If a user enters personal data of their tenants and other persons into the app, the user is their controller and we are the user’s processor. By registering, the user concludes with us a data processing agreement under Art. 28 GDPR with the following content:
- we process the data only for the purpose of providing the app and in accordance with the user’s instructions given through its use, for as long as the account exists;
- we ensure the confidentiality of persons with access to the data and appropriate security in accordance with section 4;
- we engage other processors (hosting, e-mail) with the same obligations; we announce any change in this policy;
- we help the user fulfil their obligations towards data subjects and report any security breaches, of which we inform the user without undue delay;
- we delete the data after the account is cancelled; until then the user can edit or delete it in the app;
- we provide the information necessary to demonstrate compliance with Art. 28 GDPR.
The user is responsible for having a legal basis for processing their tenants’ data (typically performance of the lease agreement) and for informing them about the processing.
